Learning About Me

Even though I think I am a mix of many different types, I think that my best-fit type was ENFJ.  My self-assessment and my indicator type were both different, so I combined the two to make my best-fit type.  I learned that this type is one of the least common types in our class and in the nation.  The MBTI helped me learn a lot about myself and tendencies.

Some characteristics of my type is that I am a person that likes to work with people and am at my best when I am responsible for winning people’s cooperation.  These qualities will help me be a great high school teacher later on in life.  Some of the things I value are having a wide circle of relationships, a positive, enthusiastic view of life, seeing possibilities in people, structured learning, and encouraging improvements.  Some of these values like such as seeing possibilities in people and encouraging improvements are more things that will help me as a teacher.  Since I value having a wide circle of friendships, I should be able to make a lot of friends over my four years of college.  In addition, because I am orderly and value structured learning, maintaining a good G.P.A. and graduating in four years should not be an issue for me.  And finally, since I learned that I have a “positive, enthusiastic view of life” I believe that I can accomplish all of the goals that I set for myself.

  3. Super Hooah for ENFJ, that was my type as well. It's awesome that you've got such a good view, if there is something you want to do, or want to accomplish, go for it and don't let anybody tell you any different!

  4. Having a positive outlook on the future is one of the best traits I think a college student can have. With the economy the way it is, student debt rising, and jobs staying the same or getting cut, it can be kind of scary for us colleges students to have a positive view of what our future is going to be. Keep up this positive outlook and I'm sure it will keep you on the right track to graduating and having a great life afterward.
